depends really.. it mite be possible if they cut about 3 to 4 inches below the stem.. it might still have enough nerve's in that section to control head movements, but not all so ur right..

Thats crazy i dont believe it tho. . .. i thought if u were "dead" or if oxygen didnt get to the brain in 5 mins u would have brain damage. . . one of those dogs was dead for 11 mins and looked perfectly fine. . . hmm its fuckin crazy they cut the dogs head off and put it back on him. . .

there were 2 different dogs...the white one was the one with the head cut off....the brown one was the whole one....

It's not animal cruelty because the dog was already dead. The video was a scientific experiement to see if they could revive it.
