Does anyone know if there is 2 versions of 187 he wrote a OG and then a rerelease? Cause i've had to buy it twice and the first time I think the cover art with spice holdin the glok was on the actual CD but then when I went to buy it again it's just a plan CD with some blak print on it. . .


And I like Amerikkka's Nightmare better. My fav Spice album is 1990 Sik though. . .

Yeah--both are classics, but for some reason I have to be in a certain mood to still bump AMERIKKKA'S NIGHTMARE (maybe it's the length, I don't know)--but I never get tired of 187 HE WROTE.

Damn, I've been playing both albums back and forth all day so far and I think 187 He Wrote takes it.

It's just a little bit more consistent overall, but Amerikkka's Nightmare is still an incredible album.

Like TKO said, I was at that same Spice 1 record release party Assassin. I didn't know you were there. Me and you hadn't even met at that point. There was all kinds of people on that boat: everyone from Sick Wid' It (including Rhythmx), AMW was there, The Delinquents, Dru Down, etc... Good times. I think that E-40 was wearin' a light blue leather jacket with "Ballin' Outta Control" on the back of it in a different shade of leather. Classic.

Actually "Let It Be Known" was an EP! He had most of those songs on his self titled album "Spice 1", so that is actually his first full album!! GOT EM!!!
