looks coo, but the "mr. shadow presents" gets kinda lost in the upper part of it, and what's the purpose of the keltic cross? and I don't know what but it seems like it needs something else... but the focal point seems to be in the city scape not dude with a gun (atleast for me, my eye keeps going back to the city) but I like how you didn't just make the blue rag the background like people have done many times over.... nice job though

Actually I steered away from the traditional album cover, I wanted to portray 13th chapter as a story or knowledge rather than focus it on the speaker or rapper, it involves a lot more than a mug shot. You have a lot of space to work with, I didnt feel the middle was the focal point, or even any object on the cover for that matter.
I gave it the texture of an old book or bible, with a dark side and a story to tell. "Mr Shadow Presents" isnt the name of the album, it doesnt need to catch your attention, thats why 13th Chapter is bright and big.

this is the new update. I cleaned it up a bit too, darkened the rag, made the "presents" more noticable.
