R&R has confirmed the sale of CHR/Rhythmic KBMB (The Bomb) from Paula Nelson's Diamond Radio. The deal gives Entravision a total of four FMs in California's state capital, as it also owns Oldies KCCL (Kool 101.9), Regional Mexican KRCX (Radio Tricolor) & Spanish AC KRRE (Radio Romantica). The deal calls for Entravision to pay $5.6 million cash at closing, in addition to a $10.5 million payment to secured creditors at that time. KBMB has been in receivership with The Beverly Group Inc.; the station billed $3.9 million in 2003. KBMB is Diamond's only property and is a class A situated right in the heart of Sacramento
