People are guessing that it's just an HRAP with new artwork slapped on it (ps3) and ex 2 (360)

Hori makes good sticks but the ex 2 is kind of bottom of their line. I'm guessing sanwa joystick with hori buttons. Who knows though, nothing official has been announced.

Both will and if you're pre-ordering anywhere you'll get the premium pack. I don't believe there is a normal edition until they do a second press. only differences is I think different places give different pre-order bonus items. I think GS Online (you have to have it shipped) gives you an artbook of some sort.
