you make a good point in bringing up the possibility of a fake video. but both are officers are actually talking, the audio is of only one officer tho. whether he left his radio on or he has a mic, there has to be a reason for this.

the camera wud always stay in one spot. its a dashcam..last time i checked dashes dont have legs.
