i heard songs here and there by doc 9/b-dawg and the beats sound so much like what woodie did and weren't watered down. i haven't been active on this site in general so i'm behind on everything. who's doing the production for these folks? it really steps up the quality of this very limited genre.
back in the 90s, a lot of chicago rappers mostly put out EPs for various reasons and now it seems to be popular again for rap in general.
i really can't name a lot off the top of my head right now and also any outside of chicago but......
co-killa/d-fly "aftershock"
bbq "bad blood"
da smart...
everyone most up on the drillin' shit of GDs, BDs and whatever else but anyone feeling the LAFA rappers out there?

recently heard this album and found out the tape version [remember those things] anyway had an extra song called "life in tha projects". is that song any good or is it on anything else besides a bonus track to wicked streets? i'm curious to hear it.
i used to have the cover for it but anyway, i believe the group is from indiana and they were either called up north crunk or northern krunk/crunk. anyone can help shed some light on this?
last i heard of him was music of unreleased shit he had on defunct indie album site and it listed him living in new mexico. anyone know if he still does music or even alive?
