yeah not great for the body long term but you will lose weight. i think you can also expect to not feel great mentally as you body adjust to making energy from fat instead of carbs. havent really researched it extensively though.

i take a caffeine break every 6 months or so just to reset my tolerance/dependence

im using core fury extreme at the moment. i only go 3/4s of a scoop a whole one is 400g of caffeine which i too much for me in one go
