You haven't listened to Adrenaline Rush before? I thought people like you were extint. Well yea the whole album is tight. My fav track, not just off that album but from Twista ever, is "Unsolved Mystery". But the whole album is bangin so jus pick a random track and enjoy.

Well damn, the only niggas I liked from the Grind were C-Ghetto, Will Skrilla & sometimes Ova-Dose and Scope. The Grind is gonna loose a lot of their fan base if they keep droppin niggas.
