been trying to cut back been drinking a pint of liquor and a few beers 4-6 times a week gone on week long benders going to work waiting for it to be over so i could drink now been going to the gym starting to feel better edibles have helped me cut the craving of alcohol

It's mostly due to alcohol that my sleep is all over the place with the edible at least I dont feel all fatigued plus the supplements give me energy and dont really drink caffeine anymore
