I listened to the three demo songs on the myspace a few times last night. IMO the stuff is just average at best. But they sound like really rough demos to me. I never even heard of A Kiss Farewell.

So I guess Thomas Erak does vocals for another band from Seattle called The Hills Have Eyes. They got three songs up on myspace. From the sounds of it Thomas only sings and doesn't do any of his amazing guitar work. It's pretty cool stuff but not even close to anything from The Fall of Troy...

No the Unplugged is just as common to come across as any of their proper albums (well atleast here in Seattle it is.) I just had to buy it again about two years ago because I lost it camping and I got it used for like $7.99.

Like Oh Coy! said start with Dirt. That is easily the best AIC album IMO. Every song on that CD is a classic as far as I am concerned and it's one of the best rock albums ever made...period. The whole album is very dark and depressing. Most of the songs have to do with Layne Staley's herion...

It doesn't say anything about it being any different on Equal Visions website. Not even if maybe it was remastered or anything. I agree. As moderator I'll see what can be done about this ASAP. lol

I didn't download it off that site but on my copy most of the songs fade out eventually. Sounds more like snippets of songs. Does that happen on yours too? I think only like 3 songs on the copy I got is more than 2:30 minutes long. If you like this album go get Crimes and ...Burn, Piano...
