My PS4 is over 4 years old though, probably why it's weird and annoying.

I googled it, apparently some PS4's are just slow and the only way to get around it is by connecting your PS4 to a proxy server and a different DNS. That sounds annoying, so I'll wait lol Weird as fuck that it somehow caps itself on people's regular internet.
