Finally started watching Narcos. Watched 4 episodes so far, alright show, but what the fuck is up with the timeline of events and why did they leave out Griselda Blanco and George Jung? I thought this show was supposed to be accurate.

Just got back from the gym. Back is in such a terrible state my back started locking up and I could barely walk. Gym has them hydro massage tables and they loosened my back up again. Those hydro tables are great. Don't think I'd even be able to work out without them at this point.
