i been havin problems wit pro tools and my mbox since the day i bought it all..every1 told me to just get a mac and all my problems will go away... so yesterday i got a iMac and had them install 4gbRam and bought 2 external hard drives....but the shit wont power up my mbox...i tried pluggin it...

I just bought a Tascam 2488mkII Multi-track Recorder and wen recording and listening to the songs we record off of there it sounds good but wen I burn it to a disc and play it on any other cd player the songs sound muffled. very low! can any1 help? is it the mic or an EQ problem?
