Hue/Saturation question: I wanna know...how do you hue an image without desaturating it? Normally when you hue it, it takes away the normal coloring and just leave the hue. Is there anyway U can do this without desaturating it? Burn & Dodge Tool question: With the dodge tool...how would you go...

What do yall normally do for backgrounds for album covers or any kinda graphics sometimes? I see most people use solid color backgrounds, other might use textures and shyt and some might use pictures. What can I do to improve my "background making" skills?
