I just started ripping vinyls and i need a new program to master the audio need to know what the best program is for cleaning up the wave files such as audio restoration and taking out the pops clicks and everything so whats the best program to fix audio?

i have an og copy and i was at a store today and found 2 sealed copies (yes, can u belive they actually have them in MN?) well i noticed black bars around the cd book and mine has a very thin red bar at the top i guess that is the way u can tell what are the other differences?
