Street Scene 2006 . San Diego

This year Street Scene is going to be fucking unbelievable. Some of you people from the bay should even think about saving up some cash to make the trip down for this. Best lineup SS has ever had in my opinion.. and its located in the parking lot of Qualcomm Stadium.. huge area to walk around...

    Opeth

Katatonia is cool too.. for sure... a bit less melodic but just as epic of stuff and np for the album, let me know what you think. Its one of my top 5 picks for when im lifting weights or doing anything at the gym, right up there with Tool - Opiate

    Opeth

Opeth - Ghost Reveries #3, 4, and 5 are the best songs on the album. Put these together and its one long epic fucking piece of flawless metal music. Ive never heard a metal group make a song like Atonement.

    Opeth

Fuck yes. Ghost Reveries is their best album hands down, imo. But then again thats probably my opinion because its slightly more melodic and less thrashy (but still METAL for sure). But a lot of fans agree too. ill upload it right now for you and paste the link when i get home in a couple...

    new tool

its been like.. almost 2 months now i guess.. and im still barely getting "used" to it and feeling its true potential. So yeah, trust me, it takes a lot of listens. But Im finally now realizing the power it has. Maybe not AS much as Aenima and Lateralus,. but its still up there.
  15. P

    new tool

lol look at this... see this is why they are so good imo, because I can look back at my previous post and tell that during that post i still had to think about how i 'really' felt about the new cd. Do i really even know what i truthfully feel? i dont freakin know.. and its been over a month now...

    new tool

While I still know in my mind that Aenima and Lateralus are still Tool's best work (Aenima is the best 'individual song' album, Lateralus is the best 'flowing/conceptually complete' album)... I try not to think of 10,000 Days as being any "less" powerful or quality. When I think about it i...

Can anyone reccommend some AFI albums (Smurf/B-Buzz)

oh yeah... and that fool Davey is one of the most intense lead singers ever performing Live. He goes absolutely nuts on the stage, moreso than any other punk band ive seen perform. his energy hits the crowd bigtime.
