What files should the client normally receive from the designer? i.e. JPG or BMP files? Photoshop files? I'm about to start getting some artwork and I'd like to know what designers are accustomed to providing. Thanks.

aight im using a triton extreme running acid 5.0. i run 1/4 inch cables from my triton into a presonus firepod and record each track (8 bars) into acid then copy+paste etc. to lay out the intro/verse/chorus. there has got to be a better higer quality way of doing this. any help? i know...
