what programm do you use for creating logos?

I wanna start doing designs for some money, DVD Covers, CD Covers, Flyers, Signatures, Banners, Logos... almost everything except webdesign (for now), but I still need a name for my "company" only names I could think of are Most Wanted Media Slick Design Twisted Design Triple Vision Designs...
