the weird thing is my job has me working out 10-12 hrs a day. heavy lifting/pulling, constantly walking ect.
i figure i gotta let it happen on its own at this point bc i cant cut anything else out lol, there aint shit left to cut out. i even stepped it up on the hikes to a different harder path and NADA.
gonna bbq up some boneless skinless chicken thighs ina bit, gonna prep em with some seasoning.
