Did 100-120 dumbbell chest flys and 100-120 bicep curls and I think I died. Not at once of course, over like 8 sets each

I was going to do some shoulder and back stuff but I already annihilated those and triceps yesterday. I think itd be best to just try and sleep 9-11 hours and do more tomorrow rather than push it while I'm already exhausted and I think I did enough. I'm not competing for mr Olympia lol I just want a fit borderline jacked frame without injury
