ME PERSONALLY IVE EXPERIENCED SEVERAL INCIDENTS WITH PD SOME THAT I PROVOKED AND OTHERS THAT I DIDNT..I CHALK THAT UP TO THE CITY IM FROM...THE STRESS LEVELS ARE PROBABLY PRETTY HIGH WITH PIGS GIVEN THE MAOUNT OF VIOLENT CRIME THERE IS HERE...NOT SAYING ITS RIGHT OR WRONG MORE SO IT IS WHAT IT IS....
I WANT TO SAY LAST YEAR OR THE YEAR BEFORE THE COPS GINNED DOWN 3-5 PEOPLE IN ONE YEAR SO THAT SOUNDS LIKE A LOT FOR THE CITY..
I WOULD LIKE TO SEE FACTS/NUMBERS ON ALL THE EXAMPLES YOU POSTED BECAUSE IT SEEMS PRETTY BIAS TO THROW THOSE OUT THERE WITHOUT THE NUMBERS....

This is what people are defending. A convicted felon with a gun, fighting arrest after being told not to numerous times, after threatening someone with that gun, all the while his right arm is constantly reaching for his waistband / pocket where the gun is located.

But according to BLM and multiple people in this thread, his arms were pinned down and he wasn't resisting at all lol. Just a gentle caring individual trying to provide for his family, who didn't do anything at all

The store owner had his videos and other property searched and seized, without a warrant, and he was detained. He's also suing the department now and said the guy never reached for his gun.

If police KNOW he has evidence, then they may have acted to make sure he didn't destroy that evidence or post it somewhere, before obtaining a warrant, which he seems to have done anyway somehow. Especially when he's standing there saying "Why'd you do that for" and probably was criticizing them like he was in the video. I don't know dude, I'm not a fuckin lawyer, cops aren't lawyers, if they fucked up then let them answer for it. If they're immune to it, then maybe the laws should change

People tend to focus on what the people can/should be doing, especially in this thread, but when you ask those people about what the government/cops should do you hear white noise.
To answer your question, there needs to be an overhaul of every police department in the country. The FOP has to go, contracts need to be renegotiated, policing should no longer be a full life job but one that ends after a set period of time, a minimum of a college degree or four years work related experience, be able to pass mental health tests, be able to pass drug tests (specifically for PEDS and steroids), have required community relations courses, preferences in hiring given to those from that area, no history of alcoholism (the amount of cops who abuse alcohol is very high) and a return to restorative justice and cops walking the beat as opposed to the shit in the vid I posted.
Think about this, it's hard to become a fighter pilot right? You just can't start flying stealth bombers two months after joining the military. Same shit should apply to cops.
Short of that, the only way it will be "solved" is through murder and that's not going to solve it, I understand, but you watched that second vid I posted and you know that's not a way to treat someone. However, if you keep treating people like that they are going to go nuts.

Don't you know? Cops are supposed to be super humans, equipped with superior intelligence, superhuman reaction times, superior judgement skills, superhuman strength to control any subject single handedly no matter their size, the knowledge of a lawyer and judge, all while accepting a 30k year pay, and they should be executed or fired if they make a single mistake

Because it doesn't suit "them" to have that. It's doable in the sense that funds are there, people have pushed for reform, etc. It's not doable in the sense that resistance will be met and change will be put on the back burner. And I'm not asking for anything that requires super human this or that.
