Every drink company has class action lawsuits against it at some point because some little sweaty angry idiot in his mother's basement wants to feel important.
The majority of the case against Bai5 has already been dropped. It's been proven it has antioxidants, it's literally moving forward to determine the word "Packed" lol they're actually saying "welp it does in fact have antioxidants, but is it packed with them because it says packed".
Kind of like how Red Bull got sued because it literally didn't give you wings. Shit is retarded.
