i have it but i cant fucking find it on this stupid ass windows 8.1 why cant I just hit "start --> programs" like ive been doing for fucking 15 years stupid ass windows

Click start button, scroll down, there is all your programs, hella complex.

I'm too stoned and buzzed to be messing with programs I swear I installed a disc that came in the motherboard box and it installed some asus suite now its gone ir I can't fibd it stupid ass windows 8.1

Move your mouse to bottom right corner and click search on the menu that comes up
