I've experienced sleep paralysis 4-5 times and it fucking sucks. I'm laying there aware that I'm awake but can't move. I try to open my eyes and I try so hard to lift a hand but can't. once I'm aware that I'm experiencing it I just let myself drift off to sleep otherwise I feel weird as fuck when I can finally move. And once I thought I had gotten up and I thought I was walking down my hallway and then all of the sudden I got the "slingshot" effect back to my body and woke up...tripped me the fuck out
