I wanted to hit the gym tonight but i caught a fucking cold from my girlfriend. i never get colds either. i feel like shit. Ill be back tomorrow though


ive lost 37 lbs since July 1st and am down to just under 265 lbs for the first time in probably 5 years.


I stepped on a scale at a homies house in June and tipped over 300 and was like "FUCK THAT." no more Chris Farley status for me.
