When we would order in Pittsburg the website kept telling me "Robert" was making my order, then I'd go in and ask where Robert was, and some tall ass white dude would turn around and smile and wave. But one time it said "Robert" was making my shit and when I went in he wasn't there, some lady named "Lisa" was making my food. The website betrayed me, and I never went back...In Oakland "Tanya" has been preparing my shit consistently.

That's usually why there's a wait because they basically set you up as an appointment to send their guy there on that day. Mean while you don't know this is happening, you just know the internet gets turned on.

so they're basically saying they keep all their jumps active at all times, but charge if one isn't active?

makes no sense, if the jump is already active and they don't have to send someone to activate it then they can turn you on instantly.

Your internet company is garbage.
