Took me awhile to find a good pair that wouldn't fall apart after one wear. Becareful when buying these deadstock because those are usually the ones that crumble and fall apart due to not being worn and stored all this time. Make sure the air unit is clear, no signs of cracking or drying out near the midsole. Either way buying old kicks is a huge gamble because these shoes were meant to be worn and not saved for 12 years in someones closet.

And the black laces do go hard. I usually don't fuck around with lace changes so I might just put the white ones back in.

Have you seen the pics of the 'tech gray' ivs? Its a very different shoe than the 99s, different shape and colorway. Don't get me wrong, I'll cop a pair, but they're a poor replacement for a pair of 99s
