Nope, just trying to open people's eyes to music that is clever and timeless. They may not have heard these before, and didn't feel like regurgitating the same album names everyone else did, because everyone on this site knows all those rap albums.
Do new and different things scare or upset you? If so, then the hostility of your post is understandable, and I can forgive that.
And no, in MY opinion, although it can be very fun to listen to, rap (not just bay area), is not music, due to the lack of any actual musicians involved. If there are musicians involved, then it's a different story. (ex: Pimp C played live guitar on some of U.G.K. albums).
