If that doesn't work, try a hard reset.

If that doesn't work call support.

I tried all of the above, with no help. I'm going to just put a new ROM on the phone, see if that works.

Reflash the ROM you are using...that could be the problem..

Fucking A. Now my shit is on the stock ROM... How in the fuck did that happen?


Trying to get a new rom on there, but the Hboot menu won't let me scroll to recovery mode to install .zip from SD card.


EDIT: I tried to take the PB001.zip off of the phone, but got a big error screen when I tried to go into recovery mode that way, so I put it back on. I have the .zip for the new rom on the phone, but like I said, I can't do anything on Hboot but update, and all that does is put me on the stock ROM.

Oh, installed Vanilla Tazz 2.3 on my Eris. All I had to do was go into Recovery mode manually.

I got the samsung vibrant galaxy s for tmobile. and i have no idea about custom roms. ill have to youtube it but im clueless at the moment

IMO the tethering alone is worth it. If you have a laptop or need a backup internet connection, you're covered. For Free.

Fucking Samsung's been lying to me since September and all they still have to say is "soon".

^lol, yeah some guy is suing Samsung because of that shit. Claiming that they didn't want to update it since they're gonna have a new lineup of phones (probably 4G) out soon and wanted people to buy their newer phones instead.

i also read that some of the galaxy s phones they are just going to skip 2.2 and go straight to 2.3 in a few months

YUP, THATS THE ONE I INSTALLED. ITS REALLY FAST AND HAS A GOOD UI. I DONGT REALLY KNOW ABOUT OVER CLOCKER, LACE ME UP
