PURE PIMP - PIMP OF THE YEAR 1992 released in az....

this is 1st tape of the later called rapper Suga Free...that everybody knows today......anybody knows if is it worth money?...i found this years ago in NOLA...
is it rare ?also is it tape only?
i suppose yes because it's just 3 songs and 1 instrumental.....
no barcode,it's produced in phoenix arizona
any help appreciated......
