YoPro Global Premieres Networking Experience Remix Event in Bay Area

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (October 10, 2013) – YoPro Global will launch a unique networking event to support young professionals to break through the competitive Bay Area market.   “The Xperience” will be hosted Thursday, October 17, 2013, which will include opportunities for attendees to gain career insights from mega-watt Fortune 500 leaders and to meet like-minded professionals.

YoPro is a global community dedicated to advancing young professionals in their careers and personal lives.  The company has reinvented the networking game by adding customized experiences for its participants by erasing the stigma of intimidation.  Upon registering for the event, YoPro Global will serve as the professional “matchmaker” and will introduce, in advance, fellow attendees based on common interests.  When the attendees arrive to the event, they would have already established relationships prior to entering the room, thus breaking the ice.

The afternoon of the The Xperience will extend an exclusive opportunity for twenty young professionals to participate in an intimate luncheon with five key influencers: Dave Sifry, Founder, Technorati; Jane Hennessy, Executive Vice-President, Wells Fargo; Stu Fisher, Head of Product, Hewlett-Packard; Fran Maier, Founder, Match.com and Ty Richardson, CEO, YoProGlobal.

The main networking event will open that evening to all attendees, who will be pre-assigned to teams based on their interests.  The programme will include presentations on effective skills in networking and advancing in careers.  Maier and Richardson will serve as keynote speakers.  As a culmination to The Xperience, attendees will apply key learnings during a session on networking tips and tricks, followed by a treasure hunt.

“With the next generation of graduates and young professionals focused on advancing their careers in this economic climate and looking for cool and unique experiences to do so, we’ve designed a valuable experience to achieve just that. This is so much more than an event, it’s an experience that fixes everything wrong about networking events today; we guarantee it,” Richardson said.

The YoPro Xperience will commence with an intimate luncheon at Roy’s Restaurant, 575 Mission Street, 12:30pm to 2pm. The main networking event will be held at Alibi Restaurant & Lounge, 142 Minna Street, 5:30pm to 9:30pm. Tickets can be purchased by visiting www.yoproglobal.com or directly at http://www.yoproglobal.org/events/sfxperience.
