Alternative R&B artist vaz. released a new music video for his emotional and sexy track “t-shirt”. vaz. artfully fuses alternative, r&b, pop, hip-hop, and electronic to create his own soul-stroking sound that perfectly compliments his intimate lyrics.
“t-shirt” is a single off of his latest EP take your time. which was released in November. The album release was met with a packed release party where fans and friends celebrated this huge step in vaz.’s career as a musician.
vaz. is originally from London, UK, and got his start when he caught the attention of BBC radio DJs in the UK with his EP Big Dreams Long Nights, released in 2013. The EP and subsequent releases found their way on regular rotation through the BBC radio networks. vaz. received online buzz in 2016 when he released a record titled Platform 6 featuring ex Roc Nation artist K Koke. It was released via LinkUpTV, a UK-based online music network, and amassed over 120k views on Youtube. Today, vaz. is based in Brampton, ON, Canada, in the Greater Toronto Area.
In early 2017, his singles “Night + Day” and “Matter To Me’ were also picked up by BBC Radio, as well as iHeartRadio Canada, Reprezent FM, Radar Radio, and a variety of publications including Boi1da.net and The Plug Society.
