(Compton, CA) T S A issues the official first single “Believe Dat” off the debut EP “Excellence is the Bare Minimum.” Believe Dat which features Glasses Malone is produced by Epik the Dawn and is currently available on iTunes.
With the recent success of fellow Compton natives YG, Kendrick Lamar and now Problem, the City of Compton is once again providing the soundtrack to the new sound that is changing the face of music industry. T S A is now adding his special ingredients into the “Put On for the City” pot, with lines about having perfect credit and the importance of debt to credit ratio, which is not too often heard in rap music today. Believe Dat was world premiered on Home Grown Radio by celebrity DJ, DJ Hed.
T S A (formally TJ Santana) started off his career in the independent group out of Compton, CA called “The Young H.O.G.G.S.” The Young H.O.G.G.S are most known for their work with Mack 10 and The Game.
T S A’s sole purpose of Believe Dat is to show that with discipline and investing in self, A-1 credit can be present amongst the Urban Community and bring that Feel Good Music back to the Hip Hop Culture.
