Ro James, Jacob Latimore, and Miss New York Try Virtual Reality at Eric Bellinger’s ‘The Rebirth 2’ NYC Release Party

When R&B royalty Eric Bellinger released his fifth studio album The Rebirth 2, he invited fans to participate in a unique tech-infused listening party at LosAngeles’s Wisdome art park. But this week he headed to the East Coast to show love to all his New York fans with a show at the legendary SOB’s and another virtual reality listening party inside futuristic play-space Jump Into the Light in NYC. Comedian Vince Bracy hosted the unique release event and welcomed special guests including the reigning Miss New York Rahmeka Cox!

Bellinger celebrated the epic collection of music on The Rebirth 2(with new heat like “Type a Way” featuring Chris Brown and“That’s Why” featuring Nipsey Hussle) along with Ro James and Jacob Latimore, Josh Stone, Philly R&B prodigies Project 2One5 and hundreds of friends and fans inside the special venue. But this listening party wasn’t just about the incredible sounds…Eric Bellinger also let attendees try out his custom The Rebirth 2 virtual reality goggles to experience a visual component of his album unlike anything a musical artist has done before!
