Miami Own’s Flexx Drops New Video “Rih Rih x KeKe”

Flexx was born Ive Frederick Nelson in Dade County, Florida.  Raised in Miami, FL – an impoverished area called Lil Haiti – Flexx gravitated to the music industry, as that is where he found his career interest. Early in his career as a producer assistant, he worked alongside artists like Plies, Lil Wayne, and the entire Young Money staff. In addition, Flexx worked with the video director, Antwan Smith with Plies entire project called, “The Real Testament” between 2007-2009.

In 2009 -2010, Flexx worked with 305 Films/Picture Perfect producer Claudia Rivas & Judd Allison on Welcome to my Hood video by DJ Khaled. At this time in his career, he began receiving many job offers to work alongside different producers to understand the operation of the music industry. In 2010, he worked as a producer assistant with Lebron James & the Miami Heat team on a Nike commercial. Flexx envisioned the concept of the commercial scenes like the music videos. He knew he was building his empire by working odd jobs, working behind the scenes, and working commercials. Connecting all of his experiences together helped him to conquer his music brand.

Furthermore, he worked with P. Diddy & Dirty Money on the video for Loving You No Moreft. Drake and the video for I Hate that You Love Me. In this same year, he worked with Gil Green (music video director) on Trinas’ video Million Dollar Girl. In 2011, he worked with Usain Bolt during his Puma photo shoot. Throughout Flexx working experiences, he remained humble as he worked towards his musical goal.
