It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of popular LA rapper LilSodi, who reportedly died following a tragic car crash in Palmdale.
Lil’ Sodi, , grew to popularity over a decade ago when he released two mixtapes under #100Ent, a label by Bigfase100 of Compton. He then went on to be signed by CorporateThugEntertainment, a label founded by #YoungJeezy at the time.
The LA rapper at one point was at odds with the late #NipseyHussle, who was a member from his rival hood, that is until the passing of Nip which sparked unity amongst the two rapper’s hoods which seemingly ceased or temporarily their longstanding beef.
Most recently, Lil’ Sodi had teamed up with his fellow rapper Afroman who took the younger rapper under his wing. The two had just completed a nationwide tour.
Sodi was also tapped in with us at Jungletography, as he was a follower and frequent engager of our platform.
Details regarding the crash is unknown at this time. We’ll keep you updated as we learn more.
