Kurupt delays “Money, Bitches, Power” mixtape

For a little while, it appeared as if the West Coast, specifically Los Angeles, would be in store for a long wait before new talent emerged. In the 2000s, the only star to emerge was Game, who became one of the biggest artists from the West. Now, there are several artists to choose from, with Kendrick Lamar and Tyga leading the conversations.

During the mid-1990s, there was a similar boom in Los Angeles. This run produced the likes of Kurupt, Daz Dillinger, and many others. Most, currently, know Kurupt for his numerous beefs and his affiliation with Snoop Dogg. Kurupt had big plans of taking the game back over, starting with his Money, Bitches, Power mixtape.

Since Kurupt first announced the mixtape, it has faced several delays. Initially, Kurupt planned to release the mixtape in October. With the latest delay coming right before December, Kurupt has decided to delay Money, Bitches, Power until early 2013. Unforeseen circumstances is what Kurupt cites for the reason his mixtape was delayed, but he promised AllHipHop.com that the project is well worth the wait.
