Big Pun’s son, Chris River has been working on music for years and has been a friend of Sway in the Morning since the beginning of his rap career. With his new album, “G.I.T.U.” (standing for “Greatest in the Universe”), in hand, Rivers stopped by to talk about the growth and development of his music, old projects and more female-friendly songs. While in-studio, Rivers also opens up about his relationship with his father before his untimely demise, forgiving him for domestic abuse and putting pressure on him to be a man at 6 years old. Of course, we couldn’t let Chris leave without a performance in our in-studio concert series.
