Riverside-born recording artist Adrian Gamboa is back with the visuals for his popular “You Pt. II” track. The rich, soulful hip-hop track is slow, relaxed, and tells a story of a breakup. He flexes his storytelling abilities and unparalleled relatability on the track. The Sterling Hampton-directed visuals bring the song to life with a short tale of a relationship where Adrian makes himself vulnerable.
“Creating the video was all about telling the story the record tells visually,” Adrian Gamboa said. “It’s a simple concept but very relatable in that I feel like everyone experiences breakups at some point in their life and I’m just sharing my experience with the relationship that I had and how I wanted it back.”
The 23-year-old artist has been buzzing in the Inland Empire area of Southern California and even has songs with Tayyib Ali and King Los(unreleased). He is working on a few single releases and continues to write, produce, and do the artwork for all of his music. He has performed throughout all of Southern California with acts like Lupe Fiasco, Kid Ink, 2 Chainz, and more.
