Gonna buy all the parts on NewEgg.com of course the best computer part store online.

Going with this:
AMD 3200+ Barton
ABIT AN7 mobo
1GB Kingston 3200 DDR Ram
WD 160gb Sata HDD
CHAINTECH nVIDIA GeForce FX5700LE Video Card, 256MB DDR
NEC 16X Double Layer DVD±RW Drive

I'm looking for anymore reccomendations on motherboards for no more than $110 from Newegg.com and must support SATA and no built in vid card.

Also should I use thermal grease on the cpu and heatsink? I don't wanna overclock and I'm not a gamer but I do use Photoshop and plan to get more into web design including flash.

May switch to Seagate 120GB SATA 2 HDD if price drops again.

maybe you should wait for the 64 bit processors to catch on. AMD has one but it isnt supported by windows. 64 bit processors are the future so ive heard

I think this mobo should be good also:

K7N2 Delta2 Platinum

Edit:

Quick question, do you plan on using the onboard audio? It probably wouldnt matter considering you arent a gamer, but having a sound card such as the Audigy 2 Zs(which I have) could help free up some memory on your mobo.

Also.... wouldnt intel be better suited for progaming than AMD?

Thats the other one I was looking at! I currently have an AMD 2500+ with the K7N2 Delta and it's tight. I was looking for more personal experiences with these boards to make a better buy.

I was just looking at the vid cards and didn't wanna go higher than $100 but theres a SAPPHIRE ATI RADEON 9600PRO for $110 compared to the $97 for the CHAINTECH nVIDIA GeForce FX5700LE. Which do you think is better?

9600:
Chipset/Core Speed: ATI Radeon 9600PRO/400MHz
Memory/Effective Speed: 256MB DDR/600MHz

5700:
Chipset/Core Speed: nVIDIA GeForce FX5700LE/250MHz
Memory/Effective Speed: 256MB DDR/400MHz

I would say its quite obvious that the Radeon is better. I dont know if you have ever been here, but you should check out the forums at Neowin.net. I got some good advice there. Here is the link for the hardware section:
