No because other than the UFC event in which they actually square off, they do not fight on the show. All the UFC title holders and contenders are going to continue to be matched up with no regard for TUF. In other words, if Liddell and Ortiz were not picked for the show, they would have fought anyways.

The show is not the determining factor for who fights who except for the up and comers.

The show is a vehicle used to equally promote two different events
yeah. thats why rampage did the show. more promotion = more ppv buys = mor e bonus money for the fighters.

you better beleive a lot of people only kept watching this season to see rampage and rashad go back and forth and not watch heavyweights gas in the first minutes of their fights.

but if i wasnt a chuck fan then i wouldnt think these were good coach picks either.

Lol @ you guys watching the show to see the coaches argue. We'll just leave it at that ;p notwithstanding rampage/rashad would be awesome if it ever happened.
