I guess Ryan already agreed to a deal with the jets also. There is talk now that monte kiffin might come in as the d coordinator.

lol, i read somewhere though, that said he is most likely to retire this year, it was a credible article. i gotta find it again

I think Ryan deserved to be fired the defense was good last year but regressed this season and he called a lot of questionable formations like going to those stupid prevents in critical situations where teams would just throw underneath and gain big yardage.

THIS MOVE ACTUALLY PROVES THAT KIFFEN IS CALLING SHOTS. DAVIS WANTED TO KEEP RYAN. KIFFEN MADE THE CALL TO CAN HIM.

I JUST HOPE WHOEVER WE GET IS AN UPGRADE. RYAN WASN'T A BAD DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR. I THINK HIS AND KIFF'S COACHING PHILOSOPHIES JUST DIDN'T CLICK.

I liked ryan but the d was fuckin up this year....I hope we get an improvement

and sapp said he wasn't sure about retiring but would make a decision soon in the offseason
