You guys don't even read the details or the articles do you? I'd give you negative props if I could.
Pacquiao agreed to random blood & urine tests from the start of training camp to a 24 day cutoff and of course drug tests after the fight as well, as well as random urine tests within the 24 days and on the day of the fight.
So the issue that floyd & pac couldn't agree on was the cutoff date for the blood tests. Pac & roach said they didn't want to give up sparring days (because pacquiao will not spar or work-out on the days he gives blood). Mayweather didn't agree.
So again, and again and again, I point out in this same thread that the issue is the cutoff date.
The head of the olympic doping agency even stated that the most important testing period is the beginning and middle of training camp not a week or two before the actual fight (when fighters are in the cool down period and not lifting weights).
