I think Jerry Jones kinda screwed himself on this by hiring Garret right away. Hes basically the TO of the coaching staff now. Dont get on his bad side cuz hes the bosses #1 dude. No coach really wants to walk into that situation, where his off coordinator(an inexperienced one at that) is already put in place by the owner.

man, i'm fine with wade phillips as coach, i guess. i did want someone to help out our defense more, so i think he'll help the 3-4 out in some ways. but i wanted norv to be our offensive coordinator...our offensive play calling is conservative, come on now, we have t.o., terry glenn, and witten...

I could never understand how coaches who dont win keep getting jobs....I mean, Wade Phillips is a good defensive co-ordinator, but......head coach?? There has 2 be some sort of conspiracy or he must give some really good head......I just remember him in Buffalo and Denver...he is the epitomy of loser to me
