It looks like Jermain is undecided on whether or not he's going to continue on...I wonder what the likelihood of Bute getting into the tourney is...? That would be dope.

Bute would be a dope replacement. Can't really think of anyone else worth sticking in there besides him. Allen Green maybe but he's a no hoper. Sakio Bika is worthy too but again, unlikely he'd have much of a chance.

Actually I kinda hope it isn't bute so the winner can fight him. I think that would be a nice set up.

Anyone catch the card on Versus last night? Mike Arnaoutis vs. Tim Coleman? Louisiana fighter Brad Solomon took out undefeated Ray Robinson looking impressive. I'm sure they saw Solomon's record and thought he was a garbage undefeated guy and took the fight .. bad move.

Main event wasn't much to write home about and Shannon Briggs won easy with a first round body shot ko.

Chavez Jr's Positive Test Puts Rowland Result in Doubt

By Mark Vester

Reports are flying in from Mexico that Julio Cesar Chavez Jr (41-0-1, 30KOs) has tested positive for a banned substance called Furosemide [a diuretic, which is any drug that elevates the rate of urination and thus provides a means of forced diuresis.] The positive test result stems from his recent decision win over Troy Rowland on the Manny Pacquiao-Miguel Cotto undercard on November 14.

A spokesperson for the Nevada State Athletic Commission told multiple Mexican news outlets that Chavez's win over Rowland may be changed to a no-contest and the fight stands to get hit with a suspension and a hefty fine. Chavez has 20 days to respond to NSAC's complaint.

Salita got mugged. No wonder they were tentative with him his whole career. What an embarrassing performance.

In regards of Chavez, a diuretic is one of the dumbest things to test positive for. There are plenty of legit ways to cut weight in the last couple of days. Fat ass.

damn that was a good scrap, very very close fight. I had williams winning by two points. They should probably rematch.

Williams definiately showed he's very beatable, but his size & style of non-stop pressure and throwing punches is difficult to beat. Never seen him knocked down like that before, martinez is a good fighter.

I hope Williams and Martinez go at it again. Damn good fight. There was 3 people at my pad watching the fight and all 3 of us had it different. 115-113 Williams/115-113 Martinez and one even card. I don't know how dude had the fight 11-1 for Williams, horrible fucking scorecard.

so Jean Pascal vs. Adrian Diaconu up next. Did everyone catch the first one? It was a good fight. Wondering if this will be on ESPN or only espn.com (online only)?
From what I've been reading they should be showing it live on ESPN Classic. First was a dope fight but Diaconu should have taken another fight ..
