Most of those things still use transfat anyway. If it's a food made in a factory (especially with larger food companies), it's almost guaranteed to have crap and perservatives in it. Read the label, they all are guaranteed to have artificial crap in it. Yeah sure, transfat and high fructose corn syrup got in the news, but the truth is, if you're eating crap like Cheez Its, Yogos, and anything else you can think of, YOURE STILL EATING TRASH.
Transfat is PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED OILS. LOOK AT THE INGREDIENTS. YOURE STILL EATING IT.
High fructose corn syrup is more artificial sweetener crap. You're still eating it though: "Here's what Sweetener products made by cornstarch hydrolysis include dextrose, corn syrup, corn syrup solids, maltodextrin, high fructose corn syrup, and crystalline fructose."

^ you're probably still buying that trash if you're buying the same products that suddenly have "0g Transfat"
Transfat is bad because it's bad fat. You get good fats in nuts, seeds, oils (no, not cooking oil), fish, and other natural foods that are not robbed of nutrients.
Read this, it will tell you everything about fats:

Do you really like eating scientifically engineered oil which has been robbed of all its nutrients? To top it all off, they put NICKEL and COPPER in it. You like eating food with METAL in it?
Eat flaxseed oil for all your healthy fats, along with other natural foods that contain the natural fats you need (nuts, seeds, fish, etc).
Everyone who always wanted the six pack can just stop eating all that trash and exercise a little more and you'll get it. There's no secrets, don't gotta buy diet plans. Our ancestors all were healthy and had six packs and whatever you want.
My friend has this great idea for an album/mixtape cover that's gonna wake people up to the whole thing. I'm not gonna say it though, but I'll post it when we do it. We just gotta do the photoshoot.
