How do you separate the 1996 OG Time to Stack from the 2003 re-release? Are the years different or does the reprint also say 1996? Any other differences?

Back cover is totally different and there's "1997/2003 Inner City 2K" on it...
And there's Cellskis new shit covers in the booklet.
