this is my first time editing a video and so far so good. i'm pretty much done, i have to save it to my comp to My Videos. right now i can save it as a project file, not an actual wmv, mpg, or avi movie file. when i try to save it as a movie file it just says it's saving but it sort of freezes. at first i thought i wasn't giving it enough time to save, but before i went to school today i tried to save it to my comp and it was still at the same screen. my only idea of what's wrong is maybe cuz the actually video clips i was using are from a data cd and not my actual computer. should i upload allll the videos and do it all over again? thanks in advance..

short answer:
buy a mac.
Long answer:
save it as a project then reopen that project and click save as and then save it as whatever file type you want. it won't take as long to render the changes since its not trying to do too much at once
