I have been scratchin my head for a minute behind this one... I know my dad had my cousin doin somethings back in 81, 82... They formed a group called Chill City... And he had them performin and doin videos... But there was another kat at that time named J-Kazz Who was probably the most known rapper at that time... Anybody got any info???
